What’s included in the management fee
- Marketing the property and accompanied viewings
- Comprehensive tenant and right-to-rent referencing
- Preparation and signing of the occupation contract (Renting Homes (Wales) compliant)
- Collection and protection of holding and security deposits in a government-approved scheme
- Monthly rent collection, remittance and landlord statement
- Day-to-day management of tenant queries and maintenance issues
- Coordination of contractors for repairs (charged at cost to the landlord)
- Periodic property inspections
- End-of-tenancy check-out and deposit reconciliation
- Compliance reminders (gas safety, EPC, EICR renewals)
