Anglesey Lettings (Sandown Properties Ltd) is committed to providing a high standard of service to all our landlords and tenants. If you feel we have fallen short, we want to know about it. The procedure below sets out the steps we will follow to investigate and respond to any complaint.
Stage 1 – Tell us about it in writing

Stage 2 – Acknowledgement
We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint in writing within 3 working days.
Stage 3 – Investigation and response
Your complaint will be investigated by Richard Tuke, Director. A formal written response setting out the outcome of the investigation, together with any proposals for resolution, will be sent to you within 15 working days of acknowledgement.
Stage 4 – Final viewpoint
If you are not satisfied with the response at Stage 3, you may request a separate review by:

Karen will issue our final viewpoint in writing within 15 working days of receiving your request.
Stage 5 – Independent redress
If we have been unable to resolve your complaint within 8 weeks of Stage 1, or if you remain dissatisfied with our final viewpoint, you may refer the matter to our independent redress scheme:
