How to rent with us
1. Find a property
Browse our current available properties. Each listing shows the rent, deposits, EPC rating, council tax band, and key features. You can filter by rent, bedrooms, and property type.
2. Arrange a viewing
Found a property you like? Click “Request a Viewing” on the listing, or call us on 01407 861788. Viewings are by appointment only.
3. Apply
If you decide you’d like to rent the property, you’ll need to:
- Pay a holding deposit (capped at 1 week’s rent) to reserve the property
- Provide ID and proof of income/employment
- Complete a referencing application (we use a professional referencing service)
4. Sign the contract
Once references come back satisfactorily, we’ll prepare your occupation contract for signing. You’ll then need to pay your security deposit (typically 5 weeks’ rent) and your first month’s rent.

5. Move in
We’ll arrange a check-in inspection, hand over keys, and you’re ready to make yourself at home.
Fees
The only payments you’ll be charged are listed on our Tenant Fees page. By Welsh law, we cannot charge any other fees beyond these.
