All fees are inclusive of VAT at 20% unless stated otherwise.

Fully Managed Service

Our standard service for landlords letting on Anglesey. We handle marketing, referencing, the contract, day-to-day management and compliance from start to finish.

Client Money Protection

Anglesey Lettings (Sandown Properties Ltd) is a member of Client Money Protect – membership number CMP 002912. All landlord rent is held in a designated client account and protected by the scheme. See our certificate on the Accreditations page.

All fees are subject to a written management agreement signed before the start of any tenancy.
